Fitness Posts Be Gone!

I have banished my fitness posts over to a new blog –  Spud on the Run: The Couch Potato’s Guide to Weight Loss & Fitness.  If you want to follow my weight loss & fitness journey, then head over there and subscribe to my RSS feed.  If you couldn’t care less about how much I weigh or the workouts I’m doing, then stay right here and be happy in the knowledge that you will never again have to hear about it. If I do get my goal weight though, I reserve the full rights to brag about it on both blogs.
