Maybe it visited the North Pole and just got the t-shirt?
BTW, Woolworths UK has just gone into receivership or something.

Nyssa: Not good news about Woolworths UK. I wonder how they are linked to Woolworth AU and if they are at risk of closing down.
As for the penguin, it is true it could have been a tourist, but if so, I would expect it would have a tacky shirt like “I went to the North Pole and all I got was this lousy t-shirt”.
